Lights On Photography is seeking a talented and experienced Photographer with 0-2 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in capturing weddings, pre-weddings, engagements, and events while ensuring every moment is documented beautifully and authentically.
As a Photographer, you will be responsible for planning and executing photo shoots, working closely with clients and the creative team, and delivering high-quality images that align with our brand standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photographs for weddings, pre-weddings, engagements, and events.
Plan and execute photo shoots based on client requirements and creative concepts.
Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
Guide clients with posing and ensure a comfortable shooting experience.
Collaborate with videographers, editors, and the creative team during shoots.
Ensure proper composition, lighting, and framing for every shot.
Manage and organize photography equipment and files.
Stay updated with industry trends, photography techniques, and creative styles.
Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing photography skills and creativity.
Proficiency in handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional photography equipment.
Good understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
